Q. Do you have a mailing list for individuals who would like to be notified on new products or sales that Collect Free Energy offers?
A. Yes, you can sign-up for our newsletter and you will be kept up-to-date on new releases. Please email us at info@collectfreeenergy.com and we would be more than happy to add you to our subscription list.

Q. How do I place an order at your store?

Q. Do you accept personal checks, or money orders?
A. Yes we do. We suggest that you order online and send us your check or money order. Your order will be shipped after your check has been cleared by the bank. Sending a cashier's check will speed up the order processing.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. No, we do not accept credit cards. We try to keep our prices low for the benefit of the customer.

Q. What if I receive an item that is damaged in the shipping process?
A. Please send an email to our customer service department: customerservice@collectfreeenergy.com and they will arrange for the pickup of the broken piece and send you a new item in it's place.

Q. Can I return a product for a refund?
A. Yes, you may return ordered products that do not satisfy your expectations. You must have an authorization from us before you can return an item. Please e-mail our service dept. (customerservice@collectfreeenergy.com) before returning your items. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and related cost.

Q. Do you accept small orders?
A. We reserve the right to refuse orders with a value of less than $20 (excluding shipping).

Q. When should I expect delivery?
A. We strive to ship within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. Shipments from Virginia to the far corners of the USA may take up to 5 business days.

Q. What about shipping costs?
A. Actual shipping cost are charged. The system charges a worst case per item shipping fee. We will refund any excess shipping cost over the shippers invoice.
We try to keep the shipping cost low by offering ground shipping.

Q. What about shipping by Air?
A. Overnight, second, and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Please bear in mind that it may take a day or two for the warehouse to dispatch the products.

Q. How do I request warranty service?
A. We stand behind the quality of our products. If by chance you receive a product that is defective, contact us at customerservice@collectfreeenergy.com.
