General Terms
1. We ship orders to the 48 continental states via the best available ground shipment service. Our standard shipping rates apply to Ground service shipments only.
1.1. P.O. Box addresses are not served by ODFL, FedEx or UPS. Please provide a physical delivery address.
1.2. UPS or FedEx AIR expedited delivery options are available upon request and for an additional charge.
1.3 Free shipping, if and when offered, applies only to destinations within the 48 continental states.

2. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouses in Virginia. Shipments via our standard Ground Delivery to the furthest continental destinations such as Florida and California may take up to 5 days.

3. Your order will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days if the item is in stock.
Shipping generators may take up to 6 weeks, depending on availability.
No shipping takes place on weekends.

4. Customer is responsible for receiving of the shipment. If the product cannot be received at the shipping address provided by the customer, due to absence of addressee, closure of a business location, or any circumstance at the receiving party side preventing the successful delivery of the shipment, the vendor cannot be responsible for damage to or loss of the product.
In many cases the shipper will leave the package at the door in case no one answers the door, in which case the vendor accepts no responsibility for damages.

5. Incorrect delivery information, including zip code mistakes, incorrect address or re-routing of packages at the point of delivery will result in extra handling charges. All claims for returned shipments must be submitted within 30 days. Packages left at the shipping station for 30 days without a response from the customer, will be sent back to the warehouse. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges.

6. Immediately upon receipt of the shipment make a visual inspection of the package. Report any damage to the driver.
If you discover damage after delivery, make a note of it and email us right away at customerservice@collectfreeenergy.com.

7. Our shipping policy is subject to change without notice.

Shipping Rates

Actual shipping cost is charged to the customer. The charged shipping price is the max price. Any overpayment by the customer based on our shippers invoice will be refunded. The shipping price for a generator includes $131 for residential delivery. This is what ODFL charges us. For commercial addresses the $131 will be refunded.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon delivery of products ordered from us, we will accept returns on the following conditions:
- A re-stocking fee of 15% of the purchase price is charged.
- The customer pays for the return shipping.
- Items must be in mint condition and returned in the original packaging.
- Products must be returned within 15 days.
Please contact customerservice@collectfreeenergy.com, so we can issue a return authorization.

Once the product is received back by us, it will be inspected *) and is expected to be in the "original new" condition. All credits must be issued on the original purchasing credit card on record. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days.

*)Items that are damaged by misuse or lack of proper care, or otherwise deemed as defective due to customer abuse or neglect, will not be accepted for return and will not be credited.
